Away at the moment so can’t see doctors until Monday? Only on one hand, a tiny bit itchy but not really. Haven’t touched anything different or new? It’s coming up either ezcema or fungal?

Anyone know what this could be?

I'm not a medic but it looks like contact dermatitis. My son suffers from it. It's related to ezcema but usually flares up due to an allergic reaction to something. We've yet to discover what causes his - we haven't changed washing powder or anything. You say you're away. Have you done anything different?

Thank you @ginasevernit happened before I went away but the steroid im using isn’t really doing anything. I’ve sent a pic to my doctor now so hopefully can get treatment soon. I see a pic that looked a little like scabies so I started panicking so I think I just need to stay off Google. Thanks again!!

Just looks like a bit of eczema/dermatitis. Try some 1% Hydrocortisone overnight ( you have to buy it over the counter and they will ask you where you intend to use it). That will get on top of it in a couple of days. The just keep it moisturised.

Scabies isn’t usually on the palm of your hand , more on your forearm or shins
I wonder if it’s a reaction to something you have unknowingly touched , I can get similar to some plants ie goats rue but other plants as well , and it’s itchy , I’m guessing that’s why it’s red , have you tried anti histamine?
