Daughter is now 20 months still no sign of period

My daughter is going to be 2 at the beginning of November and my periods still haven’t returned. I am still breastfeeding her even though we have cut down a lot. I know some people says it’s normal but this feels like such a long time. My moods recently are so up and down and I feel all over the place. Has anybody else experienced this and have advice?

It’ll be the breastfeeding. I have an 18 month old tv old and last fed her on her 1st birthday. I’ve since had two periods in six months. They’re irregular but hoping they come back regularly soon as we want another baby.

My periods didn’t come back until I was 15 month pp and that’s only because I went down to one feed a day and at that point my supply was really low. I think if I’d still been properly feeding at that stage my periods wouldn’t have come back when they did.

That's because most people stop breastfeeding earlier. They probably won't be back for months after stopping the feeding. Are you having trouble cutting it out or you still happy?

You could do a menopause test (in the supermarket, probably with the pregnancy tests). I wonder if it could be early onset menopause?

I got mine back after 3 months whilst breastfeeding 😢

My periods didn't return until after I stopped breastfeeding.
