Lump in breast

I found this on the underside of my right breast yesterday & I'm worried. Going to the doctors on Monday. I’ve took leftover antibiotics & put sudocreme on it but still the same. It hard, it’s burning/tingling it’s not a ball shape it’s like long & rigid. I am breastfeeding have been for 18 months without any issues I don’t think it’s blocked duct or anything. I’ve also had a cyst in my armpits for a year & a half which I’m having a scan for in January. I have health anxiety & this on top of everything else I’m worried. Anyone had anything that looked/sounded similar?

That looks like a cyst - you can see the head on it. I used to get them occasionally on my face when I started perimenopause - they would never develop into full spots. I used to have to get antibiotics for them. Might be that?

Agree with pp, that looks like a cyst.

I'd use a hot flannel and antiseptic crème. Perhaps soak on a hot bath but if that doesn't help, talk with the gp for some ABs.

That’s a bit of sudocreme from earlier. I’ve been lathering it on & just leaving it without a bra on. There’s definitely on it but will get it checked on Monday

That sort of thing is quite normal for women in my family.

It'll hurt like fuckery until you can squeeze it. You can see the head on that picture. Hot bath will help.

HOWEVER: if it's unusual for you, then get it checked over.
