Simple cyst on left ovary, could be this mistaken for a tumour or cancer in my bowel?

I am 50, no periods since May so in Perimenopause.
In mid September I had some heavy period cramps for approximately 3 days however there was no any bleeding, it went away after strong painkillers.

I still visited GP who decided to send me for pelvic Ultrasound and to do blood test CA125 which came back result 17.
I waited and waited for the pelvic Ultrasound and heard nothing, they said the referral wasn’t processed or so so I went for a private one, showed all clear, no cysts or polyps ..
A few weeks later I was sent an appointment for the original ultrasound from the GP , they said was all ok while I was there, but in the results it said my left ovary contains simple cyst.
Confused why it said this as while I was having the scan, I was told it’s all ok, nothing found.
Anyway I went for private ultrasound a week later, again no cysts on my ovaries.

As I’m having some issues with my bowels lately, bloating, wet farts, pink discharge, pains etc could this be mistaken for a tumour in my bowel??
what I mean is it possible that what they had seen- was no a cyst on my ovary but some tumour inside my bowels?
I’m getting so anxious here, suffer from health anxiety but also scared of any findings…

The two private scans were done by Gynaecologists, both said my ovaries appear innactive, so very low chance of any cysts anyway, they couldn’t understand why the NHS scan showed the cyst..

If you have any changes in bowel habits speak to gp. There is a very simple test (done at home) that will check for bowel cancer. Frankly it’s unlikely but why worry about it when you can get peace of mind by sending off a bit of poo.

I had the test already and was negative, also retested few times with Amazon cheap tests and those were positive for blood however GP was not interested as not official NHS tests.
