Quite shocking, this lady has to spend a fortune on operations but if she had been treated earlier it might not have been necessary :-( Endometriosis and women's health needs improved on the NHS.

I have fibroids and ovarian cysts, one of which burst recently causing me to attend the hospital. Iv been told because I'm 31 there's no way gynaecology will even look at my case and to manage with OTC pain meds and changing my contraception to help with my heavy periods. When I asked for what time period we were looking at before medical intervention, I was told realistically 45 unless they deemed it necessary beforehand.

Disgraceful

I would try looking into something like Benenden Healthcare, it is private but only if the NHS timescales are long. Check if it covers it first- I know if covers some gynae things. You do need to be with it some time before it covers it though but it is only £15.50 a month and covers pre-existing conditions, most others don't. I used it for a surgery and it was good. Best of luck and sorry to hear.
