Contraception for someone who doesn't suit contraception?

I have depression and anxiety, and struggle with mood swings as is.

I also occasionally get headaches (then again, I don't drink enough water).

I also am very acne prone.

I can't have a coil due to a history of PID.

Does anyone have any suggestions please? I really resent putting synthetic hormones in my body, but it's a necessary evil.

Condoms? Seriously, it’s not all your responsibility, and you shouldn’t feel forced into hormonal methods which mess with your body.

I'd see a family planning clinic. They often have more time to discuss alternative contraception's and more knowledge than your own practice nurse/GP.
Often combined with a sexual health clinic, you can check your nearest one and ask when they run contraceptive clinics. Sometimes its walk-in, some you book in.
Off the top of my head- condoms, spermicide, cap, diaphragm are all non hormonal.
