You can complain to your gp practice manager if it's anything regarding your gp or the PALS if regarding a hospital. Most hospitals have a complaints team

It is certain

Reply hazy, try again

Don’t count on it

It is decidedly so

Ask again later

My reply is no

Without a doubt

Better not tell you now

My sources say no

Yes definitely

Cannot predict now

Outlook not so good

You may rely on it

Concentrate and ask again

Very doubtful

As I see it, yes

Most likely

Outlook good

Yes

Signs point to yes

Yes it is, You have one year for the incident to complaint, I'm on the middle of a scope at moment, if the complaint is a "your word against theirs", the ombudsman will not look into it, they won't take sides and you'll need evidence.

So NHS Report, photos, dates, emails. Etc.

Good luck it's not for the faint hearted.
