Health anxiety has hold again. Talk prolapses to me

I'm having panic attacks this afternoon.

I've had urinary problems for weeks (feeling like I have a UTI but everything clear) and now bowel problems (constipation, anal discharge).

I've just got myself into a panic that I'm having a bladder prolapse.

Can you FEEL a bladder prolapse inside your vagina?
The inside of mine feels very tight and swollen and I'm going to throw up with panic.

This was definitely not supposed to be in AIBU.

Have reported to move to health board!

did you ever get checked for this? I have exact same symptoms as you and panicking like mad😓

Best to see a specialist physio for a check. My prolapse gave me a heavy, dragging feeling, like things were going to fall out of me. But it's pretty good now. The thing that made the most difference for me was Hyperpressives. See YouTube Hyperpressives with Alice. Takes some practice but I do them 3 times a week now for maintenance. A prolapse feels awful but it's not the end of the world and can be managed. I don't lift heavy weights anymore or run but that's my preference, people do. But do see a physio that specialises in women.

I realise there are different stages but my friend has bladder prolapse where it literally slides out of her body and she has to push it back up to release urine. She discovered it when she used a mirror to look and she was also having random leaks.

I'm sorry about your anxiety OP. What support are you having for that? CBT, meds, acupuncture, hypnotherapy etc?
Not trying to undermine your worries, but even if you have a prolapse, what are your main worries about it? If might be fixable via pelvic physio. It might be a uterine prolapse, which might benefit from a pessary ring. Surgery is a very common procedure for it also- if physio doesn't work. Are you concerned its something sinister, or just that it might be a prolapse?

I don’t even know if it is a prolapse or a hymenal tag.. Cant seem to find any one who’s had the tag and whether it goes or not. Will get Drs app to get it checked asap!
