DD started puberty as expected. Has developed breasts, body hair etc. All this started at 11. Gets mood swings, fatigue etc, but no periods yet.
She is a normal weight for her height, a.little on the low side, but very slim rather than skinny, skinny. 5 ft 7 and a size 6/8.
I started mine at 12, paternal aunts the same.
GP has fobbed us off, but she is getting anxious and I have been fobbed off with many a later serious issue.
Anyone have any advice?

My DD's Paediatrician told us that she needed to reach at least 6 stone before periods would start. She was very ill and underweight and eventually started just before age 16 once she reached 6 stone

I would agree with low BMI too. My periods always stop when I get below 9.5 stone

I was nearly 18 when my periods started. I have always been slim. In my family my nan's periods started at 18, and both of my sisters were 14/15.
I remember having blood tests etc at 16 but they were all normal.

It has had no impact on my fertility or health at all.
I am sure your daughter will be fine 🌻 🙂

I didn’t start my periods until, I was 16, my mother was 17 when she started hers, (all other puberty signs from 13)) and I was chubby from 14 and weighed easily 8 stone since 14. My DD started at 12 and weighed 6 stone. DD’s tiny best friend started age 11! She still only weighs 7 stone at 19.

She might need to gain a little weight.

My dd had to be over 8 and a half stone and if she dipped under that her periods stopped again. She was 14 nearly 15 when her periods started and had started puberty at 11ish.

I'd tell her to relax and enjoy it - from someone who started at 11 and has had endless issues with them ever since.
She's well within "normal" so nothing to worry over. Give her another couple of years and see where she is then.
