Hey all just after some advice and others experience if suffered/suffering the same.

I had a baby 11 months and it's now occurred to me that I may have a prolapsed vagina. It's not giving me any pain but at times is very uncomfortable, I feel like there's a lump or half my sides are falling out at times when I'm waking around. It doesn't feel like this constantly but has it worse times and not so bad times. I went on dr google and seems like I may have this or something similar. Also I have been suffering with hemorrhoids since before I had my baby.

I was huge when I was pregnant, I could feel the weight and pressure on my insides from half way in to the pregnancy, I didn't think much of it just got on with it. Once baby was here I spent a lot of time sat down as I was breast feeding and i admit my diet was terrible! All bad foods, seeets chocolate biscuits really bad.

Anyway few months in got my act together tried to get back to bettter eating and light exercise....now it's 11 months and im still having these issues and its starting to really bug me.

What can I do? The bloody hemorrhoids, I'm eating a sun better now and do have fiber in my diet but I'm thinking part of the issue is I'm always in a rush or someone calling for me even when I need to poop!!!! There's literally no time unless I get up in the middle of the night or have when I go to shower at night but I never need to go at a quiet time always when I'm rushing. Its sounds daft but I'm rushing and pushing to get it done so that doesn't help. But what can I do 11 months in will they ever go away now? The prolapse, can I fix that myself? I'm trying to do the legal but do forget 🤦🏻‍♀️ but not sure if that will fix it enough, I wouldn't say it's extreme as it doesn't hurt but is uncomfortable at times-not all the time.

I'm rambling! Anyone got advice on what they have done that's worked?? Tia

You could go to GP and ask for a referral to pelvic floor physio. They should be able to tell you what is going on and what type of prolapse it is.
