Help - Prolapse symptoms keep reoccurring 18 months postpartum

I gave birth to my son 18 months ago. The pushing stage of the delivery was quite fast due to concerns over his heart rate - he was delivered with ventouse. Afterwards I felt something was wrong straight away and had a horrible bulging sensation, incontinence and could barely walk for several weeks.

Was diagnosed with stage 1-2 uterine and front wall prolapse. Things have improved over time and with seeing a physio however after a few good months with little symptoms they will suddenly come with a vengeance (if I don’t keep on top of constipation and exercises etc.)

I’m looking for some advice and to know if anyone has seen much improvement in prolapse grade after this length of time? What lifestyle changes have helped you? Or to know how bad prolapse needs to be before considering surgery. I live in north London can anyone recommend and physios or consultants that have helped them? Any advice really appreciated :(

First of all do pelvic floor exercises and also look into hypopressives if you need them.
If you can see a women's physio, do - lots of hospitals give new mums an open referral to their clinic - you just have to ring them.
Don't assume that because you have a prolapse you need surgery. Exercises can help and if you haven't completed your family it's wise to avoid surgery until you have.
There is a good group on Facebook called FPOPS - you have to ask to join.

@vipersnest1 thanks for your reply! I will look at the group you mentioned and try and get on top of the exercises again.
