Please help me decipher this gynae-speak

In my referral note from GP to gynae:

”for TC with RP pre KAL MDC”

what does this mean? Why do they speak in code the patient can’t understand!?

For context I have uterine prolapse, cystocele, endometrial cyst and a dermoid cyst on my right ovary. In other words. The plumbing is shot to pieces. I’m 40.

Anyone who could shed any light, I’d really be most grateful.

Edit: typo

I think TC is telephone call and RP is referring practitioner, not sure on the rest but possibly your GP is asking the specialist to phone them for a consultation/advice before they do something?

Hi op, not an expert but I tried googling. RP could mean Rapid Progression. Kal can mean potassium but that doesn’t seem v relevant. Not sure about the others. Hope someone who knows is along soon.

If assume it is "for telephone call with referring practitioner pre ( before patient is sent to ) some sort of ( kal) multi diagnostic centre (mdc).
Would KAL be a local hospital or consultant possibly?
