Sore on labia [content warning: image included]

Hoping someone might have experienced similar, or can help please.

It seems I have a sort of sore on my inner labia, which do hang lower than the outer ones. It stings when I pee but doesn't itch, it's just sore. I have been using vagisil over the weekend to try and help.

I think it has occurred after having sex on Thursday night. I googled a bit and the obvious things that came up were stds etc, but the one that makes most sense to me is that it could be a friction burn, cut/scrape, or sore due to lack of lubrication during foreplay/sex. I do suffer with vaginal dryness since having my last child (who is now 9 by the way) and sometimes can be a bit sore after SI. Have been with my partner for over 5 years, stopped using condoms after around 8 months once I'd had my implant fitted, which is why I'm less inclined to think it's due to an std.

Has anyone else had this occur? What was the cause and how did you help it to heal? Thank you.

Sorry for TMI picture

There is a red sore area in the middle and what looks like broken skin on the right (my left) inner labia? The white bits?
