Experience with Esmya/Ulipristal acetate for fibroids

I have (medium sized) fibroids and the docs are suggesting hysterectomy. I don't want this as my symptoms are mild and do not justify such an operation imo. I have another thread open about avoiding hysterectomy. (I'm not in the UK).

The doctor has now given me two other options: Ryeqo, which she says will work on the symptoms but not the problem. I don't see the point of this and Esmya/ Ulipristal acetate which could shrink the fibroids, but is dangerous for the liver and requires monthly blood tests.

Do people have any experience with Esmya? I've seen one other post on here where the woman had painful cramps because of it.

It was suspended for a bit because of the liver issues and might still be banned in some countries, but the risk doesn't seem too high for me. I'm more worried about the more normal side effects people can get from any hormonal treatment, having never been on the pill in my life.

Hello,
did anyone tried Ryeqo for endometriosis?
I have endometriosis stage 4, and went through a my second operation recently, to remove 2 big cysts in the ovaries. My doctor gave me Ryeqo to take after the surgery.
thank you
