Jude? (weak bladders)

Ads for 'Jude' have been chasing me around the internet recently. I'm skeptical that a pill can do anything to treat menopausal incontinence - this stuff is based on (I think) a 12 week course but I'm not sure what it actually js. Not clicked through but I imagine it's pricy too.

Anyone tried it or know anything more about it?

Do you mean incontinence or what are your symptoms?

Nutrition / oral consumption of tablets can impact vaginak microbiome which can ease dryness, UTIs etc

I'm.not aware or a tablet that will strengthen muscles hence asking what your symptoms are

Ovestin oestrogen cream and full HRT are a far better option.

Weak bladder, 'leaks' - I went into the site again and the tablets are apparently based on pumpkin seeds and soy phytoestrogens. I am definitely cynical.

This is interesting. I've been on full HRT for a couple of years anyway but I had not related the minor / stress incontinence issue I have to menopause until I saw this product advertised. I hadn't realised that HRT / oestrogen could help. Perhaps I'll discuss with the GP. Thanks

I have interstitial cystitis that became worse with menopause- diagnosed with it at 14 but really ramped up at 37ish and caused random leaks / pain / thrush etc. Ovestin has made a big difference to me. You do have to use it long term though, and consistently.

I used it for 6 months and it made no difference whatsoever unfortunately. You could always give it a try and see if it's right for you.
