Endometriosis

I've had it all from hemmoroids too oily poop, I've just gotton over pluresy now diagnosed with endometriosis and tonight I'm in so so much pain, my hips and tummy feel tight and I can't barely stand up 😭. Everything got sorted I was put on strong hemmoroid cream that shrank my annoying plums, the oily discharge turns out I'm allergic to salmon 👀, I was then put on antibiotics because I did have mild pleurisy and my doctor was astonished how I hadn't keeled over. I'm better but still get a few aches around my rib area when I breathe in deep.

I've not long been diagnosed with endometriosis and I'm wanting any hacks or pain relief other than paracetamol to help with this agonising pain.. Any help would be lovely.

FYI: My bum also feels like it's going to drop out 😂 sorry needed a little laugh, but I am truly uncomfortable

Sorry you’ve been having such a rough time.
The only pain relief I found helps with the pain of endometriosis is co-codamol. The advice is not to take it for more than 3 days as it can be addictive. Hope it helps you.

Hot water bottle helps.

Very hot bath.

Really you need proper pain relief - until you can see a doctor try alternating ibuprofen and paracetamol.

I second cocodamol - and a concentrated alcoholic drink such as sherry, whisky or brandy. (I know that's controversial but it works.)

Heat does help, im currently samdwiched between hot water bottles. Definitely try get prescribed painkillers. Ive had many different ones currently on tramadol as cocodamol doesnt touch it for me.

an oovi machine works for me most of the time. Only time it hasn’t was during a particularly bad flare up last month, then I had to combine it with mefemic acid which I have prescribed. I can normally crack on with my day with just the machine and only take painkillers on top if I get a headache
