Abnormal pelvic ultrasound

Hi,
On Monday I had a pelvic and internal ultrasound due to bleeding heavily between the last 2 periods and pain in both ovaries. Most of the pain was on the left side but during periods it's worse on the right.
This morning I had 3 missed calls from my Gp surgery so instantly knew something was wrong 😔.
They've found a mass 16mmx15mm in the endometrial cavity(?) With Vascularity (Possible feeder vessel).

Right ovary has a dominant follicle and is double the size of the left. I don't have a right tube as it was removed 2 years ago when I has a ectopic pregnancy.

I'm guessing this is why I haven't been able to get pregnant in the last 2 years 😞. It says it could be a endometrial polyp or fibroid but they've said it could point towards another type of soft mass.
The phonecall was to book a appointment with gynacology to get it removed.

I'm so scared as i've had stomach issues, bloating and bladder issues yet the gp said i was too young for it to be anything bad but agreed to refer me for the scan. Now its shown something I should be relieved as it could be fixeable but Im scared I wont be able to have another child. I'm 31 and had my son at 19. I'd always hoped I'd have another one day but I think I've left it too late.

Please feel free to talk me down as I don't know what to do while I wait to see gynacology again.

Missed calls from the doctors are my actual idea of hell. Nothing to offer but positivity that they have contacted you and are being proactive. It could be nothing serious at all. I have regular scans for a medical condition and always get scanxiety.. wishing you luck, keep us posted x
