Mirena coil - how do you know when you reach menopause if you don't have periods?

I'm on my second Mirena coil (have had them for over a decade). I don't have periods at all with this coil. But I'm now 45, and wondering how I will know when I start getting menopausal. I had a blood test and asked for my FSH level recently, and this was 7.7 ("normal"), so I assume this indicates it's not yet. But how will I know?! Many thanks in advance.

No idea, I'm 56, had this one in for years and very little in the way of symptoms, a little anxiety and depression in my late 40s, the occasional mild hot flush and that's been it.
