Gynae problem... prolapse?

Basically for a couple months I've noticed I'm weeing more frequent, and everytime I go to the toilet (for bowel movement) if I strain even slightly, something bulges slightly towards my vaginal opening... also I struggle to put tampons up it feels more closed in.

I've just got back from the GP, who did a speculum and cough test and says there's no sign of the walls weakening or a prolapse but it just doesn't sit right with me? Is it normal to have the walls lower when you go for a bowel movement or for them to bulge?

I know it seems like a stupid question it's only just recently I've noticed, I've got no kids, had two miscarriages and am currently trying for baby number 1.

Try and see a pelvic floor physio (privately if you can afford it) - they’ll be able to best identify if there’s an issue

I’ve got a bit that hangs down close to the opening of my vagina. I asked the GP and she said that it’s normal in a woman who’s had a vaginal delivery.

I think you have to play the game.

Possibly gynae have to pass you to a bowel or urine specialist - I can’t imagine as I say yeah I open my bowels with the same pressure I feel currently all day long or urine outcome doesn’t meet what goes in each morning but all is ok. I’m sorry I’ve no idea how you can reach seeing a gynae with no one taking an interest in the bowel or urine.
