Resets your body clock and increases your FSH levels, stimulating ovulation.

I m currently on a sunholiday and maybe 2 days into the holiday I started menstruating (not ideal), this has happened to me before. So I googled it, and apparently bright sunlight can trigger FSH levels, increasing fertility. This might explain all those holiday babies.

I rember as a teenager, when we wanted a mare to come into heat, timed bright lights would be put I. Her stable, stimulating earlier dawnand this would trigger ovulation. Seems like us humans have a silar reaction. Anyone know anything about this.

Bright sunlight might wake up our Northern hemisphere reproductive organs, after our dull, dark winters.

Interesting.
I often used to get my period while on long haul flights, or right after. What's that about?
