Advice regarding my period...

Hey..
So due to some health conditions, my periods are all over the place.
I started my period on Sunday May 7th but my period before that was October 14th 2022.
This period has been heavier that I normally have & also experiencing a lot of clots.
I don't normally experience this even when I normally got a long length without a period.
Yesterday it was heavier than what I would normally be able to control.
I have never bled through any products before.
When I go for a wee & change products, I can feel myself passing the clots & when looking in the toilet after I have been I can see the clots at the bottom of the toilet.
I am unsure if this is something I need to get checked over.
I have been feeling very spaced out & wiped out, don't know if it's due to the amount of blood I am losing or not.
Please can someone give some advise?! xx

How old are you?
You can get 'periods' towards middle age that are actually bleeding for other reasons, like fibroids or ectropion (cervix losing firmness, I guess).

I'm 31..
I do have endometriosis & PCOS.
But over the last 3 years my periods have been so far & few between.
I'm being investigated with regards to my hormones levels cause they're all over the place for quite some time.
They thought it was to do with my medication but it goes back way before I started various medication.
I am finding the pain, bleeding & clots hard to deal with this time.
