Endometriosis struggles while taking cerazette

Endometriosis, what a nightmare but thankful to finally know and understand why I have been in so much pain everyday for several years. The issue I'm facing now is finding the right meds to help relieve and stop it. Currently taking Cerazette (mini pill) the first three months I just bled and was very moody, on month 4 now and I no longer have a happy emotion in my body, constant depression and negativity. Anxiety and heart palpitations including paranoia.Constant brain fog to the point I struggle to string a sentence together, forgetting what I was trying to say after a few words into a convo. Writing has become impossible (in the middle of a novel) I'm at breaking point with this god damn pill. I think I would rather be in agonising pain everyday than take this mind and body altering drug. Ironically my husband had the snip after our 3rd baby was born so I wouldn't have to take contraception ever again!
What other forms of treatment has other women used to help with Endo. My gyno says I am at step one and the last step would be to have injections to bring on menopause. At this point I'm willing to try anything!

I'm sorry to say I can't help at all but I can send heaps of empathy as a fellow woman with Endo. Honestly with symptoms like that I would prefer the pain as well, at least with pain you can have a kind of dark humour about it, if that makes sense.

Can you speak to your GP (gold dust I know) - have you had any surgeries? Have you tried the coil?

I would seek a second opinion from another gynaecologist. No medication will get rid of endo if it is already there; it needs to be removed surgically and preferably via excision.

How was your endo diagnosed; was it via a laparoscopy?.
