Strange cycles. What's happening?

I'm 43 and untill January 2022 I had regular cycles, 28 days. The past year it has changed a lot. A couple of times it came after 18 days, the flow is weaker, they sometimes last for only two days and I don't feel any pain or cramps at all.
I have also been pregnant 3 months and had a missed miscarriage in June.
I've done various tests: amh, lh, fsh, tsh, pap test, vaginal and cervical swab... All is good. I had three ultrasounds at three different gynecologists, all good.
Does anybody have some suggestions or idea what could be going on?
If it's premenopause, it's ok but want to know if it's normal.
Thank you

Hi, I'm the same age and my periods have changed too. They are more frequent but shorter time of bleeding. This past two months I've had three, which is freaking me out a bit. But no other symptoms or pain, plus my last smear test was a few months ago and was clear. So I'm wondering if it's the perimenopause (although have had no other signs of it).

It's crazy how it can affect our everyday life. I also don't have other symptoms and I've checked the hormones and ovary reserve, all is good and shouldn't be in perimenopause. But, getting closer to it for sure has some consequences

I think this is perimenopause. I'm 48 and my periods started being "different" and less predictable (eg sometimes very light, sometimes heavier than usual, sometimes 2 weeks late, different pmt symptoms etc etc) when I was 40. Eight years later and I'm still having periods and they are still regular-ish, so I'm definitely not menopausal yet. I don't have any other peri symptoms either (maybe a bit of brain fog). Basically peri can go on for a long time!

Thanks. That doesn't sound too stimulating for my enthusiasm about menopause, but knowing it's normal, I'll just accept (ignore) the strange changes.
