Pcos vs endometriosis symptoms help

I was diagnosed with pcos a few years ago.
I don't know if this is normal for pcos or not.
It's not listed as pcos symptoms but I do see these symptoms under endometriosis, so I wonder could I possibly have endometriosis too?

I have really irregular periods with pcos,
I do get cramps and back pain anyway
But when my period is delayed ( its been 3 months) it gets so much worse

Cramps, back pain in my lower back and my stomach always feels swollen and tender to touch.
I will say that whenever I finally do get a bleed , say the second or third day or my period , everything that was built up goes away and its so much relief.

Are those kinda feelings normal with pcos ?
they might be

But one thing I'm not sure is pcos related , is I have this weird feeling in my vagina. Its like it feels swollen inside. It's painful to have sex. Not deep in my stomach. The pain feels up in the entrance Is endo pain deep?

But it comes and goes over the past 2 years. It makes entering harding I think. Almost like he dosent fit the same. The weird part is , and i am not sure how to describe it. If you could imagine say a film covering and when he goes in if he goes to hard it feels like the film pops and bursts and its so painful. Does that make sense. I feel like a virgin who's just has sex for the first time or something.
I've had same partner for 11 years so it's not anything regarding partner size. This only starting happening 2 years ago, it would come and go. I had no issue for months now it's back again. Last night we had sex and it was sore.

Does any of this seem normal ?

I just wondered because it said online pain during sex and back pain and stomach pain sounds like endometriosis.

Can they be normal for pcos too ?
Anyone with pcos have pain during sex?

I'm wondering if I should bring this up to my gp

Do raise this with the GP and if he/she unhelpful or has no idea, insist there and then on a referral to a gynae. There is a cause and it is certainly in your interests to find out what it is. If you have the financial means to pay privately to see a gynae for an initial consult I would do that too as you will be seen sooner (wait lists for gynaecology are miles long currently).

I was diagnosed with both PCOS and endometriosis and the two can quite easily
coexist.

Deep pain during sex is listed as one of the many symptoms associated with endometriosis. PCOS never caused me back and stomach pains either, endo was the root cause of all that pain.

Yeh that sounds like endometriosis! Definitely explain that sex is painful, I did this when I went to see someone for a colposcopy and she took me so seriously and got loads of additional referrals to look into things. It was still several years later that I was diagnosed with endo mind but I did have it!

I would ask your GP to refer you to Gynae.
It took a while to get my endo diagnosis. They did ultrasounds and an MRI and could see what they "thought" was endo, but in truth a Gynae Dr can only know what they're dealing with when they perform a laparoscopy (insert a camera into your stomach under general anaesthetic) - which is an uncomfortable procedure and takes some time to recover, swelling etc.
Mine was removed but after 8 months it came back and I will need surgery again. The only "cure" for endo is a full hysterectomy, but if you are looking to conceive it is a longer more complex process.

Sorry but that's factually incorrect, a hysterectomy is not a cure for endometriosis, there is no cure.

Wide excision surgery is the gold standard to remove endometriosis, I think you've been fed a pack of lies by the medical profession. You've most likely had laser surgery "ablation" .And they fob you off saying "it's come back" it hasn't they missed it the first time.

You remove the womb that won't remove endometriosis in the pouch of Douglas, which is the most likely area the OP has a patch based on her symptoms.

You also get endometriosis on the bladder, pelvic walls, bowels etc every part of the body, not just the womb.
