Help me. I'm 39 and it's really bad.

Please can people tell me what they do that works? Natural stuff only please.

I've got a 3 year old and a 1 year old. I try to do 20 mins yoga a few times a week but I do actually struggle to fit in more exercise than that other than I do walk a fair bit, with the dog or kids.

I am not on any contraceptive pill or coil and I don't react well to that sort of thing.

Serious exercise and a Keto type diet is the only thing that works for me.

@Feathersandothers ok great thanks.
Well my 1 and 3 year old aren't massively into keto and I can't afford to buy different food to the rest of the family annoyingly, we eat family meals together. I guess I could up the exercise more

It is really tough when you have little ones. But things like for instance , roasting a big chicken with lots of green veg (they can have mash, carby stuff too), was the way I did it. Or I’d have eggs , they’d have eggs on toast. They’d have a tuna sandwich , I’d have it in a lettuce / protein wrap, and so on. And generally just cut down on sugar generally, avoid biscuits, cakes etc. Also caffeine, unfortunately.
As for the exercise , perhaps just swap one of your yoga sessions for weights/ or a hiit workout and see how you go, ramp it up gradually , just 10 min sessions here and there.
Although I have to say it took a while for my hormones to settle down after babies/ breastfeeding each time, and pmt was worse after each subsequent baby.
My ferritin levels were also very low pp and I’m sure this also contributed. Perhaps have some bloods taken?

Trying to eat less junk and not skip meals helps me. I sometimes lose my appetite and it's easy to just not eat a proper breakfast or lunch and then graze on biscuits or crisps instead but it does make me worse. And exercise does help. I also try and make sure I have a quiet start to the day, so I get up before the kids as much as possible to have a cup of tea in peace - although that would have been really difficult for me when they were the age hours were at as they were up so early! If I feel it getting too much and my husband is in, he gets told it's a red alert basically and I go for a walk or read a book, anything to give me a break. If not then I just go and take a minute. Basically, I try and be kind to myself but it's not always successful!
