Are these symptoms of anything? (Period related)

Sorry if bit long winded.

I’ve always had really painful periods - I remember going home from school with them etc. I had been on the mini pill from late teens until I had children and this stopped my periods completely (woohoo). After birth of first child periods returned and all were normal as they always were. However, after my second my period has become severely heavy (needed tranexamic acid for a short while) and my ferritin has dropped as a result. I’d say they’re still heavy (super plus tampon every 2 hours) but not as they were before so stopped TA. I have had 18 months of periods since having my son.
Over the past 4-6 months I have noticed that I am spotting during ovulation. I also get SO much EWCM during that time(sorry. Gross.) I find I get crampy pains on and off from time of ovulation until time of period.
This month d18 I had spotting and ewcm so assumed ovulation. Today is d22 and I’ve had cramping and another blob of mucous streaked with blood.
My cycles over the last 5 months have been 29, 31, 33, 32 and 35 days (I’m normally 31 days)

On top of all of this, my hormones seem to be all over the place. I’m almost manic. Around the time of ovulation I cried for 2 days over absolutely everything and felt so so low. Then since then I’ve felt fine although a bit irritable. I just feel all over the place.

Does this sound like anything in particular?

Endometriosis is a common cause of severe and ongoing period pain and it can also cause heavy bleeding. It’s very common and often under diagnosed in women and it’s usually diagnosed through a keyhole surgery op called a laparoscopy.

Fluctuations of progesterone and estrogen can also cause your symptoms around spotting.

I would suggest asking for a gynaecologist referral from your GP as such problems are outside their general remit.
