Pelvic floor exercisers

Have any of you experience with manual or electronic aids to enhance the tone of your pelvic floor muscles?
I had a high forceps delivery and want to ensure my pelvic floor muscles are in top condition as friends are experiencing stress incontinence.
I have been looking at manual exercisers, biofeedback ones and electronic stimulation ones. Prices range from around £30 to an eye watering £300.
What worked or didn’t work for you?

You could just save yourself a fortune and download the squeezy app. In reality how often are you going to go through the faff of inserting a device when you could just do the exercise when boiling the kettle, watching tv, brushing you teeth or walking the dog? Just make sure you squeeze your anus too. Full instruct on the gusset grippers site

There is a fabulous pelvic floor kegel exercise kit by Secret Whispers. It was mentioned on the Chris Evans radio show www.secretwhispers.co.uk

Thank you both. I have been doing pelvic floor exercises every time I am stopped at traffic lights but I like gadgets. I appreciate the links and will investigate them this evening.

Anyone who has tried any of the gadgets, I’d love to hear if they worked for you.

I would start following these instagram handles
@getmomstrong
@deliciouslyfitnhealthy
@hannahbower2
@ourfitfamilylife

They are all post partum fitness experts and understand the impact of breathing and core muscles in pelvic floor health. None of them suggest kegels but rather inner core strengthening exercises. With the exception of Hannah I think all had incontinence issues after having kids, and managed to heal.
Hopefully this helps, I wish this information was commonly available!
