Blood boils - near vaginal area

I had my son a year ago, and I remember towards the end of my pregnancy getting the most painful huge spot and to relieve it , I bounced on my birth ball .. it was horrific and eventually popped.
Past couple of weeks I’ve had the same, a huge blood spot in my vagina area, near the entrance .
I popped it in the shower as it was causing me so much pain.. and there was a lot of blood, yellowish substance.
I don’t wash myself with soap down there just water.. I wear cotton underwear, wash twice a day.. I’m not sure where I’m going wrong?
I’m so embarrassed to even call my DR explaining this as they arnt seeing patients at the minute just phone consultations and I don’t know how helpful that would be anyway.
I’ve currently got another one, and I’ve been using bapanthem to just soothe it. As I get worse with sudocream .
Any useful help?
Advice ?
Anyone experienced similar..

Look up hidradenitis suppurativa. I've got this and it got exponentially worse at the end of my pregnancy and still hasn't settled down to levels I had previously. I had about 6 on the go at one point! I get them in the genital region but you can get them under the armpits and boobs.

Massive blood and pus filled boils that burst. Excruciating the day before they pop (had one pop this morning). Unfortunately not much they can do, it's a chronic condition. Runs in my family (sister has it too). Going on the progesterone only pill has helped settle mine. There's limited evidence that zinc supplements can help.

When I get one I sit legs apart with a hot water bottle on them until they burst.

See your GP about it and ask whether they think this fits your symptoms x

I'd get your blood glucose checked op, some pharmacies do it.

Also just to say, if it is hidradenitis, you're doing nothing wrong. It has nothing to do with hygiene and is an inflammatory condition (so some sufferers follow an anti inflammatory diet). Normally worse around your period if female (men can get it too).

Someone once recommended Vicks vapor rub - I tried it and I'm not sure whether it sped up the popping but it did feel a bit better.

Also what SunnySpells said. Get sugar levels checked as it can be associated with diabetes.
