Lots of bumps up high in vagina

A few months ago I noticed a few bumps inside my vagina .. quite high on the left hand side, all I can describe them as is what feels like little polyps almost? Tbh I forgot all about them until I was in the shower last night and decided to feel if they was still there. They was ... and this time even higher up there's loads more (I don't know if these are new or they was there the first time around and I just didn't feel so high up) they don't appear to be on my cervix as I can feel that, they seem to be as high as my cervix but to the left wall. The right side is completely smooth. I'm only 26 and terrified this could be something bad like cancer.

Obviously Monday I will make a doctors appt but cannot at the moment as it's the weekend. Just wanted to know if anyone has had anything similar? I can't find anything online about similar things.

I had a baby 18 months ago emergency c section and I suffer from pcos x

Normal vaginas are full of lumps and bumps.

I think if you are expecting it to be smooth up there, you're mistaken. The walls are ridged both ways- up/ down and side to side. It's not cancer, but see your dr if you want to be reassured.

Do you have any pain during sex or offensive/bloody discharge? Those would be signs it could be something more sinister.
Vaginas do have a lot of lumps and bumps in them. But new ones should be checked out just in case it's something that can be treated.

Vagina cancer at your age is so rare it's almost none existent.

I have a little lump / bump size of a small ball bearing up there!
