Failed hysteroscopy

Hello, I'm feeling a bit crap and wanted some advice.

I had a failed hysteroscopy on Monday. It was insanely painful and they said they couldn't open the neck of the womb. After forty minutes of them trying various instruments they gave up. I was then very sick - dry retching for ages and literally lying on the bathroom floor in agony. I feel like something bead terribly wrong with me for it not to have worked but when I came out of the bathroom the doctor just said done women are like that.

We have been TTC for over two years now, abs a Hycosy said I had a polyp which was going to get removed at the hysteroscopy. But I failed to get it removed.

Weirdly our consultant thinks we have male factor and I am just being treated to rule anything our, but after the failed procedure I keep thinking I must have something terribly wrong with me. I've never heard of this happening to anyone else.

Please can folk advise? I don't think I have endo as periods are ok and regular, if a bit clotty, I just don't know why it went so wrong.

I went in for a biopsy on Monday. I have vaginal atrophy, bladder prolapse and a varicele. I explained that any internals are agony for me. I asked for a local and/or sedative and was told I couldn't.
I was yelling from the pain and the biopsy was unsuccessful.
Then I was told I could come back and have it done with a local.
Two days later I was back. I thought I was going to be ok, had taken pain killers and diazapam. Explained to the consultant that even the tiny applicators for the vagifem hurt.
She had to remove the speculum to get a smaller one, ffs, had the local, and within seconds she said she was going to put water in me. Without me knowing or consenting she was going to give me a hysteroscopy. Well the pain from the water was indescribable, I was begging her to stop, I was shaking like mad, and she kept going until the nurse told her to stop.
I'm a tough cookie, but I am physically and mentally traumatised, can't sleep, getting flash backs and very weepy.
Also bleeding, feels like I've torn inside.
I'm on the list now for a GA.
If I had the money I'd go private and have everything whipped out so I never have to be touched again.
