I have a pea size lump under the skin in my pubic Area, it doesn't hurt and it seems to have spontaneously appeared. It doesn't move either, can anyone tell me if they have had experience with anything like this? I'm going to make a doctor appointment, I'm just worried and hoping for some positive thoughts here! Thanks xx

Could be bartholins duct/cyst. I’ve had multiple ops to remove my bartholin gland as it kept going into an abscess, i still have a faulty big cyst but it’s fine as long as I don’t ride my horse or bike. I would not panic but wise to get it looked at, and don’t squeeze

My friend also had a Bartolin's cyst and it came to mind.

It doesn't sound like quite the right place but there are quite a few lymph glands in the 'creases' between legs and pubic area - if your skin gets broken on your legs or feet those can sometimes get raised; that's happened to me before when my shoes rubbed badly.

Try not to worry though Flowers

Could it be an ingrown hair? They can make a surprisingly large lump.

Good point about ingrown hair, also a very probable cause
