Normal postpartum or potential prolapse?

Namechanged for this... I gave birth 4 months ago for the first time: large baby, episiotomy and rotational forceps sort of jobby.

Things are obviously different down there, but this week noticed a lumpy bit at the top entrance of the vagina. It's a lumpy lump so not sure if this sounds like a potential prolapse or just normal postnatal wall? It's probably less than a finger width in width and can easily be moved out of the way sort of in an upwards direction.

I've been doing my kegels and don't have any incontinence issues, just a feeling of awareness of it. I'm not breastfeeding but think I must still have some of the hormones in my system as I still have PGP symptoms.

Anyone experience similar? I've been referred twice to women's physio (one by midwife for PGP, the other not sure who by and for what, only found out when they sent me the discharge letter!) but just given leaflets for the PGP as they weren't seeing anyone due to COVID. I didn't get a six week check because they weren't doing them because of COVID either. I wasn't really checked by a midwife either, a quick glance on day 6. then discharged over the phone. I explained that I had a heavy sort of feeling, but wasn't sure if it was the epi scar or not, but told that was normal. Everything was pretty battered Confused

Anyone experienced similar? If so, is it worth going to GP or just finding a private women's physio or all sounds normal? Having written it down, I feel like it may not be the latter... Blush
