Missed period/night sweats/stress - help!

Hi, first time poster here, I will do my best to keep this concise as there's a lot going on for me just now and it's tricky to know where to start or how to explain!

Briefly, first (and probably last!) baby born 17 months ago. EBF & still doing a tiny feed just before she goes to bed, I don't think she takes a lot of milk but is part of our routine & nice for us both. Period returned in the summer, was heavy initially & as it coincided with a natural reduction in breastfeeds, my mood was very low and unpredictable. But my cycle returned to normality over the last 3 to 4 months, 27 day cycle, flow not too bad.

I missed my last period around 21st November, this has never happened to me before pre-pregnancy. At the time, and currently, I was under a lot of stress at work, home life chaotic with a new toddler, life under covid restrictions getting on top of me etc, just felt/feeling overwhelmed. And not sleeping. Haven't had a good night's sleep in weeks, odd dreams but mostly waking up with night sweats and unable to get back to sleep. Very light doze if anything. The tiredness is making everything seem worse and I am worrying about everything (already a worrier and have had bad PND).

Could this be something hormonal? I'm 34. Could it be that I'm not making much milk anymore & that has caused me to miss a period, or would it be stress? (I should add I'm 100% not pregnant, I have had no libido since giving birth, add that onto the list of issues!)

Spoken to GP who said to get back in touch if the next period is missed. I'm just seeking some advice or support if anyone else has experienced this, the more I don't sleep the more the vicious circle gets worse and the more I worry :(

Sorry that wasn't actually concise! Thanks in advance x
