Ovulation and off the pill

So I decided to come of the pill after being on it for 7 years after my second son. I ended up with cystic acne and it was horrific at times, the doctor changed my pill last year and it cleared my skin immediately, however I developed other things like, hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating), and my anxiety (I have suffered for years, medical anxiety), was just out of control. I made the decision with my husband to just come off the pill completely and give me body a chance to work normally.
It took 9 weeks for my period to come after coming off pill, it lasted 4 days. 2 weeks later I’m ovulating, I now this with the mucus I have and the constant stitch pain. The pain was unreal today, like internal labour pains, it also then caused me to feel horrendously sick and then have a loose stool, is this normal??? I can’t remember the pain being this bad when I was off the pill the have my sons? Sorry for long post.

Hi I have been off the pill now for a couple of years. Since then my periods and ovulation pains have been awful, so painful, lots of discharge.
I went the doctors last year as I thought something was up with me. My doctor checked for infections, ultra sound to check ovaries, all seemed fine.

Being on the pill must have calmed them down a little. Also I always have that weird poo when I'm on or just about to come on. I remember my friend calling it a period poo 🙉
If it's concerning you though go and get checked aswel. Put your mind at rest, it did with me. I sometimes feel like going back on the pill though to settle them back down.

Endometriosis came to mind when I read both the above posts and it is not picked up readily if at all on ultrasound scans or through blood tests.

Any symptoms that are cyclical in nature and or get worse up to and including menses should be checked out with a gynae, not the GP. This sort of problem is well outside a GPs remit.

The pill could help if you went back on it but it can and does often mask a problem like endometriosis if it is already there.
