Sooo, I've had a quick search on this, but I can't find any recent threads on this.

I've found of late (and I mean probably in the last year or so) that I am definitely suffering with low level leakage of wee. It's enough that I can smell it but I don't think at the moment anyone else can (my DH certainly hadn't mentioned it.)

It's not due to any particular activity, I think small amounts just leak out through the day. 😬

I also have problems fully emptying my bladder, and having seen the GP for this, have had an examination which she suggested showed I didn't have a prolapse or anything, but that it was probably just the impact of two pregnancies. I had two fairly big babies and probably haven't done pelvic floor exercises like I should have...

I guess what I'm asking is, beyond pelvic floor exercises, what other courses of treatment might be available to me?

Thanks all.

I buy scented pads for any little leaks. Sorry I don't have a solution but it might help if you are concerned about a smell. Although I doubt you would really smell anything if it's not a lot, that's probably more worrying about a smell when there isn't really.
I wee all the time, especially if I cough hard or laugh. I just get on with life and don't feel embarrassed. I can't help it so I'm not going to feel ashamed of something I can't control 💕

This happened to me, I'm 51 menopausal etc etc. I also suffered with dry vagina. Got vagifem from GP and both problems a lot better.

ASK to see a pelvic floor physio. Or see one privately if you can afford it. They will be able to assess what is going on and help you with any issues. Women are made to believe it is normal to have a bit of leakage after childbirth but my urogynaecologist assured me this is not the case. It is not normal and should be accepted and put up with

Ah that's great thanks all. Much appreciated.
