Vaginal prolapse

I've just discovered a prolapse. I gave birth to my second child over a year ago and have never felt the sensation of tugging down although admittedly things haven't felt normal down there. (I've been quite gassy and it's felt like it's from my vagina).

Should I see the GP?

I've got no idea why this is in weight loss chat 🤦 sorry. I've asked for it to be moved!

Go see your GP.

I have one from just being pregnant with my second. My pelvic floor was obviously weak anyways. Mine is a urethra prolapse. I've noticed this last week it's getting worse 😞

Excuse my ignorance but how do you know? Can you feel something physically or is it just a sensation?

MotherOfLittlePeople · 11/01/2020 07:41

@BigusBumus for me when pregnant I was so uncomfortable down there and it felt like a dragging and lots of pressure. Now it's a constant feeling of a water infection burning pain. Some days I don't feel it though and just being uncomfortable. Sex is pretty painful and awkward to now.

I can also see and feel it's dropped x
