So abit of background- started periods when I was 13. No period pains. Then from 15 onwards (now 27) I'd have the moat awful pains. Diarrhea, throwing up, sweating and such bad pains I'd cry and nothing would get rid of them. Periods only ever last 5 days maybe 4, arent overly heavy and no clots. Im regular aswell. The pains can last from 3 to 8 hours and I cannot do anything when I have them. The pill stops them but when I've come off the pill they come back. Im now TTC so every month I have a period is awful. Ive had an ultrasound and all is fine inside and swabs so no infection. So far, codine and diazepam dont help dull the pain and definitely none of the other over the counter medications.
Has anyone else had this issue??? And what can I do for pain relief. Like I said there is no obvious issue causing this.

I used to have something similar in my 20s. I cut out gluten and cows milk and found the pain was much less, and the explosive diarrhoea stopped. Worthwhile trying to see if certain foods trigger this for you

I guess no-one has ever mentioned the word "endometriosis" to you.
Your teens were very much like my own here in terms of symptoms and pain.

An ultrasound scan will not detect endometriosis if it is present (have had more of those than I care to mention and none of these saw the endo that was present) and this is a common cause of long standing, cyclical and persistent period pain. Any pain that is cyclical in nature and gets worse up to and including menses should be checked out to see if endometriosis is behind it.

Have a read of this website and see how much of this fits in with what you have already experienced to date:-

I would return to the GP and ask for a referral to a gynae for further evaluation. It can interfere with your ability to conceive hence me suggesting a visit to a gynae sooner rather than later.

In the meantime do keep a daily pain and symptom diary noting everything symptom wise. This will give the gynae clues.
