AIBU to be sick of the free-for-all skinny shaming

I am a slim size 10 in my early 50s. I am not obsessive in what I eat but I am careful. I do not visit any gyms but walk my dog every day. I tend to eat most of my food earlier in the day and often this can happen at work in an open plan office. The number of times I have comments about what I'm eating, or 'eating again? How do you stay so slim?' Or 'what are you eating?' Also the odd throw away comment about I should 'relax and eat some cake' as I 'don't need to eat healthy'. What is this? I don't constantly pass comment on what/how often ppl are eating or what I feel they can or can't eat? Literally every time I eat everyone mobilises to pass comment! Anyone else out there feels being slim makes others feel entitled to poke fun at/body shame?

All the time!

"You can be fat in the inside!"
"I'd hate to starve myself like you do"
""You must live on your nerves to be so skinny"
"Just because you're slim doesn't mean you're healthy"

All totally unsolicited and unprompted.

I hear you. Happens to me as well - I am naturally slim, don't comment on other people's weight or eating habits, but other people comment on mine! Less so now I am older and not as slim, but still get the odd comment.

At least they aren't asking you if you are on coke. That's what happened to a friend. Mid 60s, very skinny.

As something who isnt naturally slim, I'm appalled by this. I'd say "please don't comment on my weight/what I eat. It's not appropriate." Then walk away. Do it every single time.

They are jealous and see you as fair game as you are what society says we should all be as women -slim.
