I'm 23 have 2 DC's already. My mom died age 34 from cervical cancer, I constantly keep getting UTI's last night I writhed around bed all night because I just felt desperate for a wee and the pain was unbearable. This happens at least monthly if not more often.
Sometimes the doctor gives me antibiotics but it's a hell of a long process getting them, I have to take pee sample in they send it to the hospital I have to wait for results etc. I drink plenty of water as a rule but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

Would it help to just have my womb, ovaries, cervix and everything else down there removed, I obviously have the fact my mom died of cervical cancer I could get it. Would it stop me getting UTI's so much or wouldn't it help at all? I can't go on like this

It definitely sounds like you need a referral to a specialist. Can you see your GP on Monday and start the process? If you need antibiotics for the UTI you could go to an out of hrs doc by calling 111.

I’m unsure if removing your reproductive organs would have any effect on your urinary tract.

@Youngatheart00 so far I've had an internal which showed nothing other than BV. I just feel like to the doctor it's not much of a problem however the pain is unbearable at times. I don't wash with soap or use anything other than water to wash.

I did think it might not help but I do find it flares up really bad around the time of my period.
