Do you read them? If so what genres do you find are particularly good?

I mean as in books that are only e books, not published hard copy.

Most e-books only will be self-published. I find them mainly in genre fiction, so thriller, horror, romance etc.

May I ask what the appeal is for only an ebook? I only ask because they are quite rare these days. Even self-published authors will publish their books in print too…unless they are shorter like novellas or short stories. So will be quite rare to find them.

Yes, why 'only ebooks' rather than a book published in both hard or e?

I read a lot of ebooks, mainly from the library. I'm a quick reader, I don't have the money or space for the volume I get through! I have books I want to read once (ebook preferred format) and books I want to keep/reread (which I will buy and squeeze onto a shelf).

I don't deliberately read them, even though I only read on Kindle and I think most of the books I read are also paper/hard backs, often because I choose them by browsing in bookshops or libraries - I'm so used to Kindle that a book feels odd now, and I read a lot in bed at night, so the light is also essential.

The only ones that are Kindle only that I can think of are the Ryan Mysteries series by L J Ross

I've also read a few by George Mahood, who writes light hearted tales of his 'adventures' and I think these started out as ebook only but most now seem to be also in paperback.

A lot of the books available on Kindle Unlimited are ebook only, so that could be a good place to start if this is something you're interested in (intrigued to know why), especially as you can usually get a free/cheap trial.
