Divas Don't Knit

Just thought i would recommend this to anyone who was looking for something light but very funny. Despite the slightly somber premise (recently widowed mum of 2 boys) it's actually a riot and obviously written by someone who knows exactly what it's like to be the mum of 2 small boisterous children! I laughed out loud.

I read this a couple of weeks ago and have started knitting again as a result v good 'bubblegum' book - fab

Oh I read this a few months ago and loved it (I love knitting too, but you don't need to be a knitter to enjoy it!)

There is a sequel called Needles and Pearls but it's not published yet

quarkee · 21/04/2008 09:41

I was wondering why I couldnt find it

GreebosWhiskers · 21/04/2008 09:45

I just finished this & thought it was brilliant. Can't wait 'til the sequel comes out. Keep meaning to have a look at the website 'cos I keard that there are patterns from the book & stuff but every time I log on I can't seem to get anywhere other than MN or Ravelry

Sugarmagnolia · 21/04/2008 10:26

I've never actually knitted in my life but just really enjoyed the book. Looking forward to the sequel
