I used to like books by Jill Mansell, Marian keys and Sophie kinsella.
I was wondering if you have any suggestions of any authors or even book series which follow on from each other? As you can tell I like a rom-com kind of novel.
Thanks!

Have you read all of Marian Keyes’ Walsh sisters’ books? The latest, Again, Rachel just came out yesterday.

Lucinda Riley - she has a few novels that are stand alones and then The Seven Sisters series

Kate Morton has a few - dual timelines with a mystery usually. Quite enjoyable!

Adele Parks - I read quite a few of hers when I was reading a lot of the authors you mentioned, not tried her most recent a though.

That's what I'd recommend off the top of my head based on the authors mentioned anyway.

I really like the Beach Hut series by Veronica Henry at times like these. Reading her latest novel is always my holiday treat.

Start off with the first book of the series which is one of the Quick Reads books, so perfect for getting you back into reading.

The No 1 Ladies Detective Agency is always guaranteed to get me back into reading as well Smile

Seven Sisters was my first thought also.

Elly Griffiths - murder mysteries but the protagonist is a forensic archaeologist and there is great character development over the series.

My advice is to go to a local bookshop and see what they have. Or ask a librarian for advice on what to read. I used to love spending hours on Amazon every Xmas time looking at books to read. You can also find books at your local garden center, and at other places like a gift shop too.

Milly Johnson & Lucy Diamond were my go to authors in that genre!! Absolutely loved their earlier books (haven't read a book from either in a few years as they have slightly changed imo)

I don't know why but recently I have been eating up American contemporary romance, my favourite book of this genre from last year was Me and You on Vacation by Emily Henry.
