Feel good, easy reads for a younger woman, please?

A friend has just asked for some light, uplifting reading for her birthday and I would love any recommendations you have. I notice a lot of feel good books are about middle aged women (my age) whereas my friend is late 20s. I wonder if there are feel good books you'd recommend which have younger characters or a more contemporary feel? Rather than fluffy romance / village life / heart-warming 'older person finding themselves'.

Thanks so much in advance if you can help.

Try Dolly Alderton and Caroline O'Donaghue both have written great books about twenty-somethings

Thank you, she said she'd enjoyed Dolly Alderton so that's a great shout!

Sophie Kinsella's Shopaholic series
Veronica Henry focuses a fair bit on younger people although tends to have a mix of ages (The Beach Hut, A Forever House and A Family Recipe are all ones that apply to this).
In Sarah Bennett's Butterfly Cove series the protagonists are in their late 20s.

Thank you, I appreciate the suggestions!
