Books for night feeds!

I have a nocturnal six week old, and am currently spending a lot of time sitting in the dark feeding him and trying desperately to stay awake Confused I'm looking for recommendations for good page turners to keep me occupied in the wee hours (and to stop me wasting the time messing about on my phone and buying things I don't need!). Any ideas? I've been trying Agatha Raisin as something fun and lighthearted, but it's not grabbing me so far.

I read this recently and really enjoyed it. It was serialised on Radio 4 and I caught a tiny bit so when I saw it at 99p for Kindle I grabbed it. There's another one of hers also at 99p on Kindle but I haven't read that one yet.

Have you read any Liane Moriarty? If not try The Husband's Secret. It's a page turner but also I reckon light enough to be able to concentrate at 3am.. Would also recommend the Libby app to try a phew different things out for free (you have to be a member of a library but with most branches you can sign up online now if you're not a member yet).

I quite like the TE Kinsey stories, starting with A Quiet Life in the Country. I've read some of the Agatha Raisin stories and never really connected with the characters.

Not a book recommendation, but I would highly recommend a kindle or something similar. I remember trying to feed dc1 whilst balancing a large book on the cushion, one-handed, and struggling every time I needed to trun a page. By the time dc2 was born, I had a kindle (a paperwhite one so the screen can be lit), and it was so much more comfortable.
Congratulations, by the way.

Thank you for the suggestions! Sorry, I should have said that I'm reading on a Kindle Paperwhite. I didn't have it when DC1 was born, and I'm determined this time to make better use of the time spent feeding by reading more and messing on my phone less Grin I actually downloaded a sample of Simple Pleasures recently, so maybe I'll start there (I'm terrible for downloading loads of samples then never settling into anything)

I really enjoyed the unmumsy mum books when my youngest was tiny
