(It's a rare example of a new book I'm actually looking forward to.)

Kazuo Ishiguro Uses Artificial Intelligence to Reveal the Limits of Our Own
In his latest novel, the gaze of an inhuman narrator gives us a new perspective on human life, a vision that is at once deeply ordinary and profoundly strange.

I finished this a couple of weeks ago. Thoroughly enjoyed it, although I preferred the first half. It was really thought provoking too.

Planning on reading this as I only recently read remains of the day and never let me go. I wasn't sure I'd enjoy any more of his books, but this one sounds good.

There is a lovely interview with on ‘How to Fail’ with Elizabeth Day where he talks about it a bit.

I found it interesting but Remains of the Day is one of my favourite novels ever, so this was never going to live up to it.
