Getting tired of thrillers...

Evening all, I’m growing tired of my usual thrillers and have recently enjoyed The Other Half of Augusta Hope by Joanna Glen and Half A World Away by Mike Gayle. Looking for recommendations similar to these please. Thanks in advance, any suggestions greatly appreciated.
P.S also posted on book of the month before I found this section Blush

You might like to try
The 24 Hour Cafe by Libby Page
Saving Missy by Beth Morrey
The Wisdom of Sally Red Shoes and Queenie Malone's Paradise Hotel by Ruth Hogan
Maggsie McNaughton's Second Chance by Frances Maynard
Any of Clare Morrall's Books.

I too have reached that point, they become very predictable and unfulfilling. Try The Heart's Invisible Furies by John Boyne, it's fab

Just finished "where the crawdads sing" which was a lovely read.

Heatwave by Kate Riodan. Really enjoyed this.

In the same boat and want something a bit different myself.
A few I’ve enjoyed fairly recently
The authenticity project - Claire Pooley
Man at the Heln - Nina Stibbe

Where the crawdads sing is fabulous.

I tried some Marian Keyes when I got bored of thrillers and really enjoyed them.

Stephen King is good too. Similar-ish vein to thrillers but he's a master IMO.

Lisa Jewell has some great books too.

The Artemis File by Adam Loxley - absolutely brilliant! I read mostly thrillers and it is the best I have read in a long while.

Magpie Murders by Anthony Horowitz is also excellent but it is more mystery than thriller.

They all seem much of a muchness at the moment, don't they.

I'm not going to buy any more because the predictable tropes have become so boring.

The time must be ripe for a new type of publishing phenomena.
