Which book/books have you really tried hard to read,but failed ?

adorabell,DH used to work with Gok Wan's boyfriend.We had no idea who he was at all when dh came home one day & said that
xxxx at work was going out with someone who'd got a tv show & had I heard of Gok Wan?

I hadn't,but my sister knew who he was.I keep meaning to watch his show,but haven't gotten around to it yet.If he is as lovely as his boyfriend he'll be fab!

I really like his tv show, yeah I know the whole 'Make over show' has been done before.....

I just think Gok has a very gentle and positive way about him, he's never critical about a woman's body shape, like Trinny and her sidekick can be.

I'm really looking forward to reading his book and I know that 'How to look Good Naked' are looking for women to star in his next show.

Being a very curvy (but still feeling sexy) size 16 who used to be a tiny (but very sexy) size 8 i'm thinking of sending in an application.
Not sure if I could handle the whole nation seeing me in my undies though....

Tried to read all of Jane Austen a dozen times but she never holds my attention. Also, could never finish The satanic Verses or anything by Salma Rushdie.

harry potter (cringes in corner waiting to be hit with books) , wuthering heights, great gatsby, a few others that i have tried and tried to read but just not connected with the book. I read alot and sometimes its just not worth it and time to trade them in somewhere
