I’m going to Greece for a week of pool, sun and reading... (in reality it’s chasing 5 & 7 year old with sun cream and asking DH to take a shift.. but I’d like to be prepared anyway!)

I really want some easy reading, enjoyable things. I love and have read probably all Linwood Barclay, Jodie Picoult and love them.

I’ve recently read Little Fires Everywhere, Good me Bad me, The Couple Next Door and Girl on The Train...

Any recommendations?

Sabine Durrant yes yes! She is fab. And one of the books is set in Greece.

Harlan Coben's crime novels are pretty addictive, also Carl Hiassen.

A bit different - have you read Frednik Backman A man called ove ? A wonderful opportunity to cry...

I read Sunburn by Laura Lippmann on holiday recently and really enjoyed it.

Also recommend The Swimming Pool by Louise Candlish to read on holiday too.

I'm reading The Lido by Libby Page currently. It's light, a bit silly, chick-lit and perfect undemanding read for a beach.
