I've just finished it in 2 days - really couldn't put it down. Does anybody have any suggestions for similar books I can use to fill the Eleanor-shaped hole?

I loved Elinor Oliphant. Checking in for recommendations of similar books.

I’m reading it at the moment and adore it
I’ve also recently enjoyed Everything I Never Told You by Celeste Ng and A Kind Of Loving by Stan Barstow

Some more great suggestions. Thank you everyone. I have just been looking up Three Things about Elsie - that's going on the Kindle later.

I've recently finished Eleanor and it reminded me very much of The Rosie Project.

I agree, they are very similar. I hated them both!

I loved EOICF and hated About Rosie. Horses for courses I guess.

The cover of The Lido by Libby Page has a quote describing it as “the new Eleanor Oliphant”. I’ve not read it so I can’t tell you how true that description is.
