Book recommendations?

Dd (16) loves to read but has run out of material. She's read everything from 'harry potter' to 'room' to 'to kill a mockingbird'. Just finished 'the beach'. She's a very advanced reader and I'm stuck for ideas for her. Any suggestions?

The Hunger Games was well liked by my now 17 yr old daughter as well as "Where'd You Go Bernadette?" a novel written in epistllary(?) style. She just finished one of Hester Browne's books and may start Me Before You by Jojo Moyes but who knows?
If she sees herself as an outsider, maybe Anatomy of a Misfit by Andrea Porter would appeal. My daughter loves Rainbow Rowell as well!

I've just finished reading a good YA novel, rather gritty in tone set in London amongst gang culture, some violence and drugs. Was shortlisted for Costa Book Prize last year - Orangeboy by Patrice Lawrence. I thought it was excellent.

His dark materials? It's a good epic fantasy trilogy.

Anything by Kate Atkinson similar slightly more grown up level theme wise like Room. Really fast paced reads

How about some of the classics? At her age (or slightly older) I loved Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, The Bell Jar, Tess of the d'Urbevilles, The L-Shaped Room, The Pursuit of Love and books by Virginia Woolf and Graham Greene.

I think she would enjoy Game of Thrones, the only problem is I can't see GRRM being motivated to tell or release the final 2 books.

If you watch the TV show, they've put a swing on the Tyrian situation, where it's a companion of Tyrions but not Jorah as they haven't met yet in the books, that gets grey scale. That's why I'm in 2 minds about whether to watch it all from the beginning as it varys so much to the books.
